We are looking for a Consultant to work as a Global Test Manager with one of our customers in the Insurance industry.

Context & purpose
Our client is the world’s leading B2B2C specialist and expert in the creation and delivery of unique solutions that combine service, insurance and technology to provide worldwide protection and care. It is specialized in Assistance, Travel, International Health and Automotive solutions. As Test Manager, you will be working within the Global Organizational Management Team and reporting to the Global Quality and Change Management.
Principal tasks
- Responsible to support the structuring of all Testing activities in close collaboration with other Test Managers
- Collaborate closely with all Stakeholders including the Test Central team as well as other lines of Business and Automation Team
- Drive from E2E the test preparation to the test exaction while defining the organization and process in order to improve the quality and Test process
- Lead the Migration from QMetery to Zephyr
- Support Testing transformation to manage various setup on the unique platform (Continuous delivery, Monthly Delivery…) depending on Applications involved or different organization (Internal & External)
- Support Test automation plan and follow-up as well as Test automation transformation
- Support the definitions & Harmonize test tools, templates and methodology, Interact and improve Business Test Factory for global UAT
Qualifications
- Multiyear experience in Project Management or Business testing Management
- Proven ability to monitor and manage interactions with all external, both contractual and noncontractual parties
- Proven experience in Quality Risk analysis
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, demonstrated at Board level
- Proven ability to transition, individuals, teams and organizations
- Demonstratable experience in people leadership, negotiating and conflict management
- Demonstrated Leadership skills, ability to motivate, delegate, instruct and advise
- Very good English skills (written and spoken)
